TALKIN’ ‘BOUT MY C-C-CORPORATION
The original recording of “My Generation” by The Who is now a Pepsi commercial and getting heavy rotation in Inauguration news coverage. Doesn’t Pete have enough money? I am less than happy about this, both the selling of my memories and it’s symbolic role as an omen or portent.

This is a revoltin' development.
Don't want to sound like a wise old youngster, but I thought you already knew it long before us kiddies that in this parts, rebellion is best served packaged.
or cold, as in dead.
ugh...
HOPE I DIE BEFORE I GET SOLD!
Did anyone at Pepsi recall that the a key line in the song is "hope I die before I get old"?
Or that two of the guys playing on the song are dead? (One from coke.)
WV = glymplub
And I could swear it's been remixed with more piano on the intro.
Yeah, screw you, Townshend.
The supreme irony is, after all those damned commercials, I want a Pepsi, in the old-school, silk-screened bottle.
Who's My generation? Yeah!
Pepsi's Who's My generation?
Fuck them all right now.
Sold souls!
