God damn it. Since I am now prevented from streaming or downloading anything of significant size, I shall be forced to forgo audience participation.
In short, the "Fair Use Policy" implemented by my ISP, allows one only to view and download pornography or surf meaninglessly on an "unlimited" package. Yes, go figure.
Thank christ my contract expires next month. I shall shop around.
