Newton is not at all sure whether the random kitten generator isn’t just too cute. (Thanks Suzy) But I’m attempting to cheer myself up. Here also is my less that favorable preview of this weekend’s TV version of Bury My Heart At Wounded Knee from LA CityBeat

Mozart says they're cute but excessive, at 10yrs old he doesn't want to be reminded of his youth!

I won't be watching it. The writer who adapted the book, Daniel Giat, said about it: "Everyone felt very strongly that we needed a white character or a part-white, part-Indian character to carry a contemporary white audience through this project." Wait a minute, he needs a what to do what? He suggests I'm prepared to sit down and watch a program about people who don't have Gameboys or IPods or cars or American Idol – and that's all right, I can swallow that no problem – but if the main character's skin is darker than mine, I'm suddenly going to refuse to watch it? What kind of person does he think I am?

On the kitten side of things, do you read LOLCATS? Here's one website full of 'em. http://icanhascheezburger.com/
