Conflagration, my 25th novel is published today. Did you notice the fanfare? No, neither did I, but it’s the sequel to Kindling, and, as such, set in the same somewhat steampunk alternative universe, with all kinds of fun like wholly fictional narcotics, sex (both regular and deviant), a couple of paranormal orgies, a black airship, evil twins, and a very nice set-piece battle with Mamaluke cavalry and some slow-moving tanks. Buy one, buy two, or, if you don’t read, just send money. It’s all part of my personal war on poverty, and not having to worry how to pay the phone bill and buy drugs.

Hi, Mick. Mentioned the novel on my Blog. Have been into your fiction since Lemmy and Philthy had a copy of one of your novels and recommended it. The great thing is, since you have lived in the States I have been able to get them in hardback, yet when you were in the UK this didn't happen. Mind you, the Internet has helped in these matters by shrinking the world.
