I wouldn't want to be living in the penthouse when the elevators go down.
what`s the point? (i know ,the top bit)why bother?there must be other ,more worthy,astounding architectural feats? & as bob says,how long does the lift take to get to the top when it`s not been vandalised?
Someone is definitely over-compensating...
