A Glock isn't a magical super gun. It's just an ordinary, if, arguably, well-made, 9mm pistol. The media just likes to emphasize the word "Glock" because they think it sounds "dangerous" and they are, in general, cityslickers ignorant of firearms. I'm not making an argument for or against private ownership of guns, just an argument against media hype. Much more damage could have been done with a run of the mill, sawed off, double barrel shotgun everyone's grandpa has rusting in their barn.
