THIS IS TERRY JONES – HE’S A DANGEROUS COMBINATION OF MEGALOMANIAC AND IDIOT

This psychotic bigot is the pastor of the Dove Outreach Center, a cracker box church in Gainsville, FLA and he also seems determined to use social networks put a match to the Middle East. In 2010 he wanted to stir up Islamic mayhem and grab himself national and international attention by burning copies of the Koran. Now, in addition to running for President, he’s the producer/promoter of the film "Innocence of Muslims" or "Muhammad, Prophet of the Muslims," that depicts Muhammad as “a thuggish womanizer, and Muslims as homosexuals, child molesters and madmen and has half the world” and has been described as “film is an obscenely inept vanity project called “The Innocence of Muslims” adds to it. A work of ignorance, hatred and utter incompetence, it shouldn’t deserve mention, let alone inspire so much tragedy.” Someyears ago I wrote a poem that started…

“Have you noticed how many times it all basically comes down to a bunch of men sitting in a gasoline soaked room, wondering which among them is sufficiently psychotic to strike a match?”

It seems to fit. But what do you do with a psychotic like Terry Jones?. I’ve defended freedom of speech since I was a teenager, if not with my life certainly with my liberty. This might, however, be a time when the only answer is for a couple of burly CIA guys take the mad pastor out back of the shed and blow his fundamentalist brains out.

Unconscious behavior can not be changed by attacking it.

Attempting to choose winners and losers between religious or any other collective egos, is simply piling on more unconscious behavior.

There is never an excuse for initiating force against others. Blaming a person's speech for anyone's initiation of force against others, is pure cowardice.

Religion is mental illness. Government + religion = fascism.

So he's burnt a Koran, run for President and made a film. Let's forget freedom of speech and kill him? We can get Salman Rushdie to write a piece on it afterwartds.

Even those whom think and speak the least of truth, have an inherent right to exercise freedom of speech.

Love does not imply pacifism. Anyone who has force initiated against them has the right to retaliate with force.

The answer is found only at the individual level. Enlightenment can not be forced upon anyone, or even given to someone. It is found only within.

How vulnerable is a collective ego when the simple mindedness of another collective ego thousands of miles away can manipulate them with the smallest work of art? It really is one of them moments where Brando comes to mind watching a snail crawl across the edge of a straight razor.

Never understood exactly why ridiculing a person's religious beliefs, or lack of them, is considered such a grievous crime. Unlike one's race, colour, physical appearance etc, faith is an opinion and opinions in general are considered fair game for mockery, satire, comedy, even abuse. Why is an opinion concerning the origins of existence and our destiny after death considered so different?
