There was no credit when I lifted it. My feeling is that it's not a Frazetta but a modern artist copy his style. The lady simply isn't buxom for Frank.
It is Frazetta - the cover to Thuvia Maid of Mars and The Chessmen of Mars - Edgar Rice Burroughs SF Book Club (New York 1972), Oil on Board 36"x20" - according to my Frazetta album. In close up she is more curvaceous than she might first appear.
