LEMMY WAS RIGHT

Elizabeth Warren won her Senate seat in Massachusetts and that makes me extremely happy. Obama just won a few minutes ago. I’m not cheering like last time, but we’re saved from Mitt the Monster. Now I’m going to bed.

  1. And in a development that would bring a smile to Terry Southern, the new senator from the paleolithic state of Arizona is Senator Flake.

  2. Tempted to quote Newt from 'Aliens': "It won't make any difference" - but I hope it does. Sleep well, Doc.

Yeah, but he pouted and talked to Karl Rove (the Heart of Darkness) for a couple of hours before he picked up the phone an called Obama.

I'm optimistic. Obhama has his second and last term secured, so he: (i) doesn't have to pander to the (large) section of the electorate who aren't his natural constituency by playing it "middle way" anymore, and (ii) he must have his mind on the legacy he wants to leave secure in 2016 - think of his (shock! horror! liberal/radical!) stance on the issues of healthcare, gay marriage, the Middle East etc. And the big plus, unemployment figures appear to be moving in the right direction at last - albeit slowly. The potential's there ... fingers crossed for now.

  12. Flake is a vile fuck, abd we have yet to get the result on Kyrsten Sinema, the avowed bi-sexual zaftig blonde lefty. If she can win, there's hope that AZ can survive Joe Arpaio's re-election.

  13. I had to look 'zaftig' up. Must admit, I'm with Stu on this, HCB.

  14. (RNS) Rep. Pete Stark, D-Calif., the only openly atheist member of Congress, lost his race for another term on Tuesday (Nov. 6).

But nonbelievers will not remain unrepresented in the Capitol. Democrat Kyrsten Sinema, a former Arizona state senator, Mormon-turned-nontheist and a bisexual, has narrowly won her pitch for a House seat by 2,000 votes.

Nice to see you're in good spirits Mick.

I don't embrace collective action period, as freedom is devoid of chasing Gods and Masters. There is no discernible difference between Socialist Mitt Romney or Socialist Barack Obama. That translates through the collective ego(s) of Democratic and Republican parties, equally committed to unconscious knee-jerk behavior, kicking the can down the road, appeasing baby-boomer parasitism, in a shameless comedy of faith and denial, until law of exponents bites off their face. I don't care. There are no victims. I'm inclined to respect their right to suffer. I'm not paying the bill.

As Sandy proved reality isn't vulnerable to interpretation, gently kicking the underbelly of unsustainable constructs of NYC, I vacationed in Arizona, buying 36 acres of Chevelon Canyon Ranch. It's off the grid, and complements operations rising in upstate rural New York. NY Gov Cuomo ripped on the electrical grid yesterday pissing and moaning about archaic structure, inefficiencies, simultaneously exempting himself and his collective(s) from accountability, blindly pontificating for more government intervention. Again, I'm inclined to respect anyone's right to suffer. I'm not paying the bill.

Anarchy is not a campaign. Healthcare insurance is not healthcare (healthcare actually has to be paid for).
Banks are insolvent as mortgage backed securities are not marked to market, and any thinking person knows a second mortgage is worth zero when the first mortgage is underwater.
Every USA Gov't employee pension is unfunded and impossible to pay.

Best of all, the teeth of reality are closing in with velocity equal to correlated fiscal exponential curves.

Consequently I'm in good spirits too. Anarchy is already here. It's just not what the baby-boomers thought it would look like. There will never be a better time to be alive than right here right now. In the words of Amebix, "These Days Will Never Come Again". The mixed economy model is obsolete.

If you believe that "reality isn't vulnerable to interpretation", you have missed the point by too many light years to calculate! At the very least you need to up your chemical intake.

    Ah Mr Jones...

Unconscious behavior does have serious consequences in the real world. My perception is not important. Knowing the truth isn't important. Only the truth is important. There are always lies about the money trail, but the money trail never lies.

    And now the consequences:

I have observed that it's always a good idea to up the drug intake if only to see what happens.

  20. Dave Gorman made a good point the other day. The Tory party is making it illegal for the bnp to exclude people from membership on biased grounds, it means we can all join these political parties and force them to change their policies.

    ReplyDelete
  21. ok but you know what will happen,we all say we`ll do it but you will be the only one who actually joins the bnp.whoops.

    ReplyDelete
  22. I was thinking of the Tories or Labour, the bnp are all just insecure morons, you'd have to be mental to even try to reason with those pricks! Of course Hunter Thompson Joined the republican party so he'd have a membership card to confuse them and get into events. This is just taking it one step further, or maybe you've got a better plan?

  23. No, you run with it chief.
