She’s our favorite government regulator, and we need her.

“Last week Congress passed a Wall Street reform bill that created a new federal agency in charge of protecting consumers. The agency was an idea that came from Elizabeth Warren--a Harvard professor and consumer advocate. And she's the best person to head it up. But Wall Street bankers, Republicans and some in the Treasury Department don't want her in the top post. So I signed a petition telling President Obama and Congress that voters want a tough advocate on our side--and we want Warren to head the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
